  • Do you allow pets?

    • Yes, we allow up to 2 pets. However, only 1 pet may be a dog. Dogs must be under 25 lbs. We require a $500 one time pet deposit.

  • Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

    • No, we have a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the building or on balconies. We have designated smoking areas on the property for smokers.

  • What payment is required for move in?

    • Once your application is approved and you are offered the apartment, we require first month’s rent and security deposit. The security deposit is equal to your monthly rent.

  • Do I have to complete an application?

    • Yes, we require that all individuals 18+ who will be living in the apartment to complete an application before we can approve you and offer the apartment.

  • Are utilities included?

    • Hot water is included at all locations. At our Pomfret location, heat is included.

  • Am I allowed to get a roommate after I have already signed a lease?

    • If you are interested in having someone move in then you must notify the property manager. That person must also complete an application. Upon approval of said application that person may move in.

  • How do I pay rent?

    • We have office drop boxes at our mailboxes on each property. You can put your check in an envelope and drop it in. No stamps necessary.

  • How are repairs handled?

    • We have maintenance on site in Pomfret that will service all locations. You can contact maintenance with repair issues. That information is provided to you with your lease.

  • Do you allow short term leases?

    • No, we only offer 12 month leases.
